Please carefully check all names, initials, dates, and custom text before completing your purchase.

We personalise your item exactly as entered during checkout, including:

• Capital letters
• Lowercase letters
• Spelling
• Dates
• Punctuation

Character Limits

Some products have limited embroidery space.

Maximum character limits will be displayed on each product page.

If your requested text exceeds the available space, we may contact you to discuss alternative options.

Embroidery Placement

Embroidery placement may vary slightly depending on:

• Product size
• Name length
• Fabric type
• Product design

These small variations are normal and help ensure the best possible finished result.

Thread Colours & Fonts

Available thread colours and font options are displayed on each product page where applicable.

If a specific option is unavailable for a product, only the available choices will be shown.

Personalisation Changes

If you need to make a change after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
