Yes. Our gift boxes are beautifully presented and ready to gift, making them perfect for newborn arrivals, baby showers, and special occasions. You can choose one of our curated gift sets or add a gift box to eligible individual items, and we'll carefully prepare your order in a beautiful gift-ready presentation.
Can I send an order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address during checkout and we'll send the gift directly to them. No pricing information is included inside the parcel.

During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.
How long will delivery take?
Most UK customers receive their order within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email where tracking is available.
My tracking link isn't updating. What should I do?
Tracking information can sometimes take up to 48 hours to update.
If you're concerned about your parcel, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
My parcel was returned to sender. What happens next?
Parcels may be returned if:
- an incorrect address was provided;
- delivery was refused;
- the parcel was not collected.
Additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- a photo of the outer packaging;
- a photo of the contents;
- clear images of the damage.
We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
